El Parador Salsa is a freshly made product that contains the following fresh ingredients: red tomatoes, green chiles, white onions, cilantro and our specialty spices. Our product is time tested, heart healthy, 98% fat free, cholesterol free and has an incomparable flavor. We manufacture this product in hot and mild preferences. Our product is tested by the University of Arizona and has been given a fresh shelf life of 3 months in your refrigerator.

Our Black Bean Salsa is uniquely created as we marry our original salsa with the flavor of Eposote ...that is cooked with the Black Beans. The Eposote spice is in the corriander spice family. This product is extremely tasty and presently very popular with the Latino craze and fusion process.

Our Enchilada sauce is made with the flavors of the red chile. This very simple sauce is magnificent in the fact that it has fewer than five ingredients ...yet is made with red chile paste instead of the dry red chile powder. This accounts for a very creamy, smooth sauce that is light in color and ready to use right out of the jar.

The flavors of the Mexican green tomato (Tomatillo) are tangy, zesty and robust as they explode in ones mouth. Tomatillo sauce has cilantro, fresh garlic, green chile and spices. The Tomatillo sauce has a zesty flavor and is wonderful on grilled chicken, fresh fish and for use as a dipping sauce.

Our fresh Mango salsa is an absolute delight! Made with fresh Mangos and Cantaloupes, this product is very versatile on fresh fish and chicken . It is excellant served chilled as a dip. The mango salsa adds delicate flavor to any dish, as a side car and is beautiful in color and aroma. This salsa excites the senses.

Our fresh Morron sauce is a blend of roasted red bell peppers with red onion, cilantro, whole garlic, green bell peppers and spices infused with cream. This sauce is incredible with grilled chicken, fish or vegetables.

This is a traditional sauce from the grasslands of Argentina . Fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, green chile and spices are infused with pure virgin olive oil to give this sauce its thickness. These flavors explode on the palate and this sauce is wonderful with beef and grilled fish.

Our freshly cooked corn chips are of the original corn flavor.They are light and crisp. There thinness add to the delicious flavor.
